  In November of 2006 a fellow artist and I had the privilege of observing and collecting many photos and field sketches in the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy for this Black Rhino Painting.  Lewa is the home of many other endangered species.  It has been an honor to work with Lewa and their commitment to animal preservation.  This is the second of a series of paintings I will be doing as a conservation project for the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Kenya, Africa.
