This painting of sandhill cranes has won many honors.  It won third-place in the Michigan United Conservation Club's "Wildlife Artist of the Year" contest in 1992.  In 2003 it was juried into the prestigious show  "Art of the Animal Kingdom III" in Bennington, Vermont.
